This Privacy Policy explains how Sagacis Inc. (“Sagacis”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our website at sagacis.ai (the “Site”) and the Sagacis service (the “Service”). By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

Who we are

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you request a demo or contact us, we collect details such as your name, work email, company, and anything you choose to include in your message. Demo scheduling is handled through our scheduling provider (see “Third parties” below).
• Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site we may collect standard technical data - IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and similar usage data - through standard server logs and cookies.
• Customer delivery data. For organizations that use the Service, Sagacis processes data from your Azure DevOps environment on your behalf, within your tenant. That data is governed by the agreement between us and your organization, not by this Site policy.

How we use information

• To respond to demo requests and enquiries, and to communicate with you.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site and Service.
• To understand how the Site is used and measure interest.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Legal bases (where GDPR/UK GDPR applies)

We rely on your consent (e.g., for non-essential cookies), our legitimate interests (running and improving our business), and the steps necessary to enter into or perform a contract with you. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

Cookies

The Site uses cookies only where necessary for it to function. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies, and demos are booked on Calendly’s own site rather than embedded here. You can control cookies through your browser settings. If our use of cookies changes, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent.

Third parties we share with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, including:

• Scheduling - Calendly, used when you book a demo (booking takes place on Calendly’s own site).
• Hosting and infrastructure - Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages), for website hosting and content delivery.
• Email and communications - Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online).

We may also disclose information where required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) as required by applicable law.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your information, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the EEA/UK and certain US states (including California) have specific rights. To exercise any right, email privacy@sagacis.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children

The Site and Service are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date above.
